Earlier in the week Amy announced that I’ve joined the team over at Third Tier. I’m excited about this as it gives me the chance to help people worldwide with their SBS and Technology issues. I’ve refrained in the past from offering direct support from my website as I am cautious of people being dependant on myself alone. With the team at Third Tier though, it’s not just myself that can support you it is the entire team. Third Tier being a global organisation also means that you have the potential for round the clock availability, where as I’m based in Sydney and can only offer it during my waking hours.
Yes – the observant will notice that I’m also still heavily involved in Correct Solutions – the Sydney based reseller organisation that I started back in February 1997. That will continue and if we’ve helped you via Correct Solutions before that won’t change.
Anyway – thanks to Amy and Eriq for the chance to join the team and contribute my knowledge and experience. I look forward to working with you all.
