Many of you might not know it, but Trend have their own community forums through which you can find out about far more information that you normally can on their products.  Trend’s Community forums are located here.  I’d suggest you think about checking them out next time you have an issue with their product as the forums are staffed not only by Trend resellers, but also the support teams themselves and they really know their stuff.
