Exchange 2010 – RBAC Errors
In a mixed Exchange 2007 and 2010 environment, when trying to access a the Role Based Authentication in Exchange 2010, you might get the error below. I found that this was due to the mailbox for my admin user being still located on an Exchange 2007 server. Exchange 2010 SP1 Update Rollup 4–removed from download site

How to install Exchange 2007 SP3 Rollup 4 on SBS 2008
Microsoft last week released the latest Update Rollup for Exchange 2007 SP3.
