To find out what service packs your running, you need to check the individual products.
Windows 2000
Start > Run > winver – you should see “Version 5.0 (Build 2195: Service Pack 1)” if it is the default installation of SBS.
Exchange 2000
Start > SBS Administrator Console
Expand the First Organisation (Exchange), then Servers, then select the properties of the SBS Server. You should see “Version 6.0 (Build 4629.1: Service Pack 1)” by default. Note that SBS was shipped with a modified version of Exchange 2000, so it reports Service Pack 1 when in fact it is not.
ISA 2000
Start > SBS Administrator Console
Expand the Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000, then Servers and Arrays, then the SBS Server, then select Computer. The right hand window will show you your SBS server, you can right click and go to properties. You should see “ISA Server Version – 3.0.1200.50” displayed.
SQL 2000
Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server > Enterprise Manager Expand the Microsoft SQL Servers, then SQL Server Group, then select the SBS Server, and right click to display its properties. You should see “Product version: 8.00.194 (RTM)” displayed
Microsoft Shared Fax 2000

Select Microsoft Shared Fax, and right click – go to properties. You should see “Version 5.0.1320.0” displayed
