I was searching for some Administrative Templates for use with Group Policy and found this great list that someone has put together over at Microsoft.
They have the following Administrative Templates for the following Windows OS’s.
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- Windows 7
- Windows Server 2008
- Windows Vista
They also have Administrative Templates for the following MS applications
- PowerShell
- Internet Explorer 9
- Office 2010
- Office 2007
- Office 2003
- Windows Search 4.0
- Windows Search 3.0
There’s also quite a few tools for blocking automatic upgrade to Internet Explorer and other Service packs. It’s worthwhile checking this list out if you do a bit with Group Policy. I hope they keep it updated! Check it out here
