Slightly ahead of schedule, Trend Micro today released a rollup patch of for their CSM 3.5 & 3.6 for SMB Products. You can download it direct from them here http://www.trendmicro.com/download/product.asp?productid=39
Amongst the patches included in this rollup are the recent performance issues that many people experienced as well as improvements to allow CSM to better deal with PDF spam.
Give it a go – read the README file first of course.
