Australia this week was the first continent completed in the SMB MVP Tour of the world (www.smbmvptour.com). Attendance for these free events was outstanding and I personally want to thank all those that contributed to or attended the events. The topics covered included SBS 2011 Standard, SBS 2011 Essentials, Windows Multipoint Server 2011 and the cool HP hardware that we’re running on.
It’s also great to see comments like those below.
Here’s a photo of the SBS MVPs that participated in the Sydney event.
Jeff Middleton, Me, The Gnome, Mick Malloy, Dean Calvert and Boon Tee – all want to give a great thanks to those that came to the Sydney event.
Whilst Australia is done and dusted, there is still the rest of the world to conquer and the SMB MVP Tour Gnome is on the prowl. Check out the official site here www.smbmvptour.com for the dates near you. If your city is not listed then use the form on the site to see if you can get the Gnome to come to you!

Also I should not forget to thank Microsoft and HP for the massive amount of sponsorship they have given this tour – they are funding the flights and accommodations of the people presenting and of course for SBSMigration.com as the tour coordinator without which it would be a right mess. All presenters are doing this for free to give back to the community as MVPs do.
