Microsoft have provided some documentation on how to do this as part of their guide, however local Sydney SharePoint guru, Robert Crane has provided a much more indepth and detailed series of steps on his blog here. Rob’s steps include not just the basics, but also quite a few advanced tips and tricks including better memory optimisation, and importantly how to use BLOB storage to get past the default 10GB limit on SharePoint Foundation.
This is one that you need to check out if you intend on migrating to SBS 2011.
