The NT Resource Kit comes with a utility called shutdown.exe. This utility can be scheduled to run automatically using the AT command and service. The winat.exe command utility which also comes with the NT resource kit makes scheduling commands a lot easier via the use of a graphical interface. SBS 4.5 also offers the Scheduled Tasks wizard as mentioned in the section on backup above.
