The Visual Guides builds on a history that I’ve done in the past. The guides are heavily picture oriented with instructions on how to install and configure a specific program or suite of programs. Advanced Series – Guru Series

The Guru Series of books focuses on the more advanced topics of a given product. You will have already done all the basic setup process as shown in the Essential Series guides. In this series of books you will find all the answers that you’ve wanted to know about how to extend your systems above and beyond what comes out of the box. It also includes advanced troubleshooting techniques and revelations of how things work under the covers that will enable you to better understand the product and take it further. The Guru Series of books contains lots of scripts, registry edits and low level modifications that are applicable only to the more advanced reader.
